Donald L. Dunaway, a native of Franklin County, Indiana, received a bachelor of science degree and a master's degree in business administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He retired after forty years at the U.S. Department of Engergy's Feed Material Production Center near Cincinnati, Ohio
